offender dumped the rubbish on 17th May 2021 at 10am. I witnessed this and then took photos of the rubbish that has the offenders address (see attached photo). This person fly tips on a regular basis and all the local residents are very upset about it. I finally have proof so please can this person be fined to deter them from continuing to dump.
