Vehicles associated with the Turkish Religious Foundation are frequently parked on the pavement without any authorisation signage, as well as on the road in front of the premises where double yellow lines are clearly marked and there is no dropped kerb. Believe someone is living in it as the top hinge window has been open every night to allow for ventilation.
