Haringey London Borough - Harringay Ward

Description

When I bought the property I was told in the survey that it is possible that the roots of the tree outside the property is causing minor cracks in the brickwork. The surveyor recommended the tree should be pollarded so as not to cause any further damage. Would this be possible at some point? I realise it is probably now too late in the season but would this be possible for the next time the tree can be pollarded? Many thanks for your help.
