I have the Love Clean Streets app but it is not working properly at the moment. I could not change the Report Location address, the Category option would not open and the report would not send.

I would like to report a suspected abandoned vehicle.
The vehicle appears to have been left in the same location for a long period of time and is in a neglected condition. It is covered in dirt and debris, with signs that it has not been moved for a while (including leaves and buildup around the wheels).
The rear number plate is missing, which is particularly concerning.
There are also items left inside the vehicle, further suggesting it has been abandoned.
