Issue and Impact:

The pothole is approximately 140 cm.Due to its size and location, it poses a risk to drivers and pedestrians. My vehicle sustained damage to when parking due to the pothole.

I kindly request that the pothole be inspected and repaired as soon as possible to prevent further incidents. Additionally, I would like to know the process for submitting a claim for the damage caused to my vehicle.
