To whom it may concern  I've spoken to the lovely people who were doing light reduction on some of the small trees on my road. Devonshire Hill Lane N17 7NR and asked them to have a look at the one outside my house on Devonshire Hill Lane as they were across the road. He looked at the tree and said it's in desperate need for a reduction unfortunately it's not on their list to do so they can't do anything, however he  showed me where the tree branch is on the  phone cables and practical touching my window which is a potential hazard. Please can this tree be attended to. Previous reference was in 2023 which I haven't back from. Thank you -214 Devonshire Hill Lane, Tottenham, London, N17 7NR
