This has been dumped down the side of our house. There is a big problem with fly tipping on our street, particularly at the top end (lower numbers). We have only just moved in but broken-up furniture, mattresses and bags are a frequent occurrence. Drivers are ignoring the modal filter here, I have had a lot of near misses on my bike, especially in the morning as drivers rush through. There is a CCTV camera but I don't think it can be working. I think a bollard is needed here to stop this since drivers don't seem to care. I have reported this before recently but it has only gotten worse, with drivers cutting through between the High Rd and Amhurst Rd. -84 Hillside Road, Tottenham, London, N15 6NB
