Hi. The wall in front of our house was toppling over so we're having it rebuilt. The builder has unearthed heavy duty roots coming from the birch tree directly in front of the house. One of them went directly under the house. He's now cut them all, and will provide a solid concrete plinth under the new wall, but he recommended that I request the tree be heavily pruned to prevent further damage. Vehicle has been left for quite a few months without moving from a car park where parking is at a premium. Vehicle is displaying an out of date blue badge from 2022 from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Even the traffic wardens have not read this properly as they have not ticketed the vehicle. From what I understand, this site comes under Highways Litter and an old oven are still in the church yard, along with gas bottles. When I looked at the updated reports, they said "Closed" because it is private land. How can this be the case? There must be a service requirement in place, as parks staff deal with the maintenance in the yard. There are often fires in the area, and the detritus is used for these fires, which the fire service have to attending.-The Lodge, Church Lane, Tottenham, London, N17 7AA
