The tree located outside 31 Torrington Gardens is overgrown. The branches are now overhanging on the front property of 31 Torrington Gardens (and some on 29).
This is causing an issue as the tree is shedding a large amount leaves and berries daily and fall into the front garden and having to clear this daily.
It can also cause health & safety hazzard as leaves & berries become slippery during wet weather. This is problematic for person/s residing in property including elderly and persons with mobility issues. The branches are also touching above phone lines, and when vans / high top vehicles & deliveries vans park outside the branches are in the way touching & scrapping top of vehicles.
Please can this be actioned and tree cut/trimmed ASAP.
