The street light outside of my home is not working, and the area surrounding my home and my neighbour's homes is really dark at night, and as a result is feels very scary and completely unsafe for the residents, and especially for women coming home at night. This light needs to be fixed asap for the safety and well-being of the residents living there.-49 arcadian Gardens, Wood Green, London, N22 5AG

Two loose manhole/inspection covers ON MUSWELL HILL. They are on both sides of the road, virually opposite each other. Every time a bus or motor vehicle drives over them they make a very load noise. (Bang, bang) I have reported this problem 7 times and it's STILL ongoing. First reported on 8/4/24 then 11/4/24 next 22/4/24 a complaint on 3/5/24 next 28/4/24, 14/6/24 finally 19/6/24. The noise of the loose covers is keeping us awake at night and it's becoming unbearable and we can't have any windows open either.
We are also unable to use our back garden as were waiting for the next vehicle to drive over them. Its really starting to effect our mental health and well being. I am awaiting contact from our MP Catherine West.-Muswell Hill, Hornsey, London, N10 3PR

There is a dead infant fox in our back garden. Sorry for no photo but I don’t want to look at it again as it’s very sad. -First Floor Flat B, 79 Boundary Road, Tottenham, London, N22 6AS

20/06/2024 The dead fox you reported is on private land (your property’s garden), so Veolia cannot remove it because they have no right of access. If it is in the front garden, Veolia might be able to remove. Unfortunately, if the dead fox is in the back garden, you may need to make your own arrangement to dispose it, as the landowner is responsible for to keeping the land clean. You may wish to contact Veolia directly on the details below for advice. • Telephone 0208 885 7700 • Email: enquiries.haringey@veolia.com Alternatively, you can visit the link below for more information. https://www.haringey.gov.uk/environment-and-waste/noise-and-animal-control/animal-health-and-welfare/dead-animals
