19/11/2025 I recently walked past the tree outside 125 Effingham Road, N8 0AE, and I was really concerned about how unsafe the pavement has become. The roots have lifted the slabs/tarmac so much that it’s no longer possible to walk over them safely - I had to step into the road to get past, which is also dangerous (in-coming traffic). In addition, there are loose branches sticking out from the roots of the tree, as well as loose and low-hanging branches overhead. Some of these branches fall from the tree and could easily cause injury, particularly to the eyes or face, or harm other parts of the body. This makes the area feel hazardous to walk under, especially in windy weather. Would you be able to arrange for someone to inspect the tree and the surrounding pavement? It’s creating a serious hazard for anyone using that part of Effingham Road.

19/11/2025 Hello, part of the road leading to our driveway has been slowly eroding to the point now we always hit with the bottom of our car every time we try to get in and out our gate. Is it possible to repair do something about the road curvature that is so high compared to the pavement so nobody scratches their car every single time we need to drive in and out the driveway? We didn't have this issue in the past now it's basically impossible to avoid.

19/11/2025 I have reported this tree numerous times over the past two years, it is now touching my house and scratching the windows. It is so overgrown it is causing problems on the pavement and inside my garden. This tree needs to be seriously cut back or removed as soon as possible!!!
