Bikes attached to lamp post every single day which is causing obstruction for pedestrians & parking nr lamp post especially when it tight for space as open car doors get scratched from the bike being padlocked, plus bikes being left which causes a lot of gathering of people outside my property at night which is a nuisance, their should be notices up on these post that they cannot leave bikes padlocked here. Can we get notices up on these post that no bikes should be padlocked on this pole-155 Langham Road, Tottenham, London, N15 3LP
