This matter has been passed to our Antisocial Behaviour Enforcement Team to investigate the antisocial behaviour issues.

Unfortunately, the location you described seems to be in private land, therefore, this would be a Civil matter between the owner/occupier of the property and the driver of the vehicle.

Also, as the abandoned car is not on the public highway, so NSL Services Ltd will not deal with this.

29/10/2026 Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Farrant Avenue, N22 6PG, and I pay for a parking permit. However, I am finding it increasingly difficult to find a parking space on a daily basis. I have noticed that several residents are regularly using wheelie bins and traffic cones to reserve parking spaces on the street. This is not an isolated incident, but something that appears to happen every day. I believe this is unfair to other residents who also pay for parking permits and should have an equal opportunity to use the available parking spaces. In particular, the property at 164 Farrant Avenue also appears to be using cones and wheelie bins to prevent others from parking in certain spaces. I understand that parking can be challenging for everyone, but it is frustrating to pay for a permit and still struggle to find a space because areas of public parking are being informally reserved. I do not believe any resident should be able to claim a public parking space for their own use in this way. I would appreciate it if the council could investigate this ongoing issue and clarify the rules regarding the use of wheelie bins and cones to reserve parking spaces. I would also ask that appropriate action be taken to ensure parking regulations are enforced fairly and consistently for all residents. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter. Kind regards, A concerned resident of Farrant Avenue, N22 6PG

29/10/2026 Hello! There's a Thames water lid cover here that's leaking water; it's hidden under the leaves on the right. It's not actively gushing out but it seems to steadily keep leaking water regardless. Started about 2 days ago; has happened last year as well in autumn/winter but was fine over the summer so not sure if recurring issue or new problem.
