There are 3 vans parked right opposite the houses and they look abandoned they have been there for 2 years now however throughout the night from around 9pm-3am we can hear people working on multiple cars like a makeshift garage, but the 3 vans stay in the spots and they don’t belong to any of the residents -Servite Houses, Suffolk Road, London, UK

As you can see in the picture, the tree is these are overgrown onto the path. Which is causing an obstruction and blocking half of the pavement. I've watched a lady, push her pram into the road rather than walk between the tree and the wall. Desperately needs cutting. This is on Coney Hatch Lane.
