5 (five) streetlights in a row outside Tottenham Town Hall are not working TA3A TA4A TA5A TA6A TA6A This is a busy route and feels very unsafe given the seating areas and park nearby that are full of groups of men after dark I reported this previously and you said that it was TFL maintained.
