Rough sleepers with uncontrolled dogs that are off the lead and unattended. Had great difficulty getting an Alsatian off my smaller dog. Campsite is a mess, park planting is being broken, there are dog poos and human feaces in the hedges. This camp has already been here for some time. Please can you take action?
