I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the condition of the land situated behind my home, Moorefield Road N17, located beneath the railway arches of Bruce Grove station.<br/><br/>The area has become increasingly neglected and is currently being used as an unofficial dumping ground. It is filled with rubbish, waste, and debris, effectively resembling a skip. This has created an extremely unhygienic environment and is now attracting rats and other vermin, which is a serious concern for the health and wellbeing of residents.<br/><br/>Alongside this, as we head towards the summer months, the odour of this waste and rubbish becomes more apparent which is extremely unpleasant for residents.<br/><br/>In addition to the health risks, the site is clearly visible from the gardens and rear windows of all the homes along our road. It has become a significant eyesore and is having a negative impact on the quality of life for everyone living here.<br/><br/>I kindly request that this matter is investigated as soon as possible and that appropriate action is taken to clear the waste, secure the area and prevent further misuse.<br/><br/>I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken to address this issue.<br/><br/>If there is someone else whom I should be discussing this matter with, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share any contact details or information in order to resolve the issue promptly.
