Hi, I am the owner of property 82 Seaford Road. I have noticed the tree at number 80 Seaford Road has large branches stretching over and through my fence, which is causing damage. The overgrown ivy now covers most of my shed. The property at number 80 Seaford Road is let and managed by Ellis and Co, I have contacted them several times over the past week, given my details and explained the issue. I have also been into Ellis and co on West green Road but the person there was unable to help and said he would pass on my message. I still have had no correspondence or response from Ellis and co and I was hoping the council might be able to help resolve this issue. The tenants have informed me that they have also mentioned the tree problem to Ellis and Co but have also had no come back from that. I do have a video of said issue and if i have a contact number i can send this too that would be very helpful.-Seaford Road, London, UK

Someone dumped their rubbish after moving in and it has been here for more than a month now, I have complained and asked them to remove it because other people are starting to leave extra rubbish here.
