Crossroads Whl and Gt Cambridge road, many cars havent worked out that a car has to go passed the one wanting to turn right, where as other crossroads cars are almost side by side. At the top of Curzon Road N10 2RA after number 2 where road leads to Muswell Road there is a paving slab that moves and is several inches above level of other slaps. The whole of Curzon Road has very uneven slabs. My elderly mother who is in her 80’s had a bad fall there a few weeks ago. Today when I went out with her I noticed this slab as it was moving around. This is very dangerous and could cause serious injury or worse. It won’t let me upload photo. The council needs to send someone out to inspect the pavement on Curzon Road N10 2RA as a priority. There is a poorly tarmac'd part of Priory Road outside our property that is leading to structural issues. There is a slightly raised part of the road that vehicles are hitting that is causing the structure in our property to develop severe cracks and movement. I have lived here for 17 years and have not known anything like it. HI, this entrance to West Lodge, 11 Avenue road needs to be repaired. I would repair it myself but its not on my land and I dont want to tamper with council property even if it is to improve it. Especially the drop between the road and pavement is not gradual enough and cars keep getting damaged hitting the road when turning out of the driveway. I am writing to raise a concern about the condition of the garden at number 58. The tenant does not appear to be maintaining the garden, which has become significantly overgrown with leaves and plants. Despite recent work to clear the drainage, the garden itself remains untidy and is continuing to worsen, now resembling an overgrown area. Additionally, the build-up of leaves has previously caused drainage issues, leading to flooding in the garden. Although the drainage was cleared recently, the ongoing lack of maintenance is likely to cause further problems. Given the situation, it appears the tenant may require additional support to manage the upkeep of the property. Hemlock in the nature garden. It’s highly toxic plant, deadly to humans if ingested. Perhaps there is more but spotted in a few places in this area. I work as a park ranger so I am familiar with it.
