unlocked bicycle frame dumped in the road next to the bike hangar. on the opposite side of the road to the houses at number 1 to 3 tregaron avenue. the bicycle frame has no lock and chain on it so can be picked up and taken. its a bicycle frame with no wheels on it. look for the bike hangar or bike shed in the road to see this flytip. seen today. -1 Tregaron Avenue, Hornsey, London, N8 9HA
