I am writing to report the condition of the communal garden/shared green space in the back garden of property 2-6 The Avenue N17 (estate managed by Haringey Council). The shared garden has become severely overgrown due to a lack of maintenance. No pruning of weeds/bushes has happened since last year. The area is covered with excessive vegetation, including overgrown bushes. The lack of upkeep is encouraging pests and fly-tipping. See photo attached.-2 The Avenue, Tottenham, London, N17 6TJ
