This is regarding the recycle bin collectors in our area. We have noticed that one of the bin collectors is always tearing our flowers and throwing them on the floor. This has happened for a very long time especially when flowers are now blooming. He has ripped my beautiful roses last week. Please look into this and make sure that this does not happen again.
