Hi, I'm following up on my previous enquiries, as matter below hasn't yet been addressed. The tree beside my property is significantly overgrown & requires pruning, as it does annually. As previously advised, I'm requesting this maintenance. The tree is situated on public land, & while all other trees along the street are trimmed, this one is always left unattended. 26/02/2026 This little road which is meant to be for access to front garden parking to a couple of houses is used by various cars to park on after 18:30 (after ticket wardens are gone). There is one van in particular, a cage van, that parks on the grass so as to not block people leaving in the morning and he has ripped the turf up. We need to stop people using this road for everything other than drop offs and access to their parking in their front gardens
