The tree and overgrown is at the bottom of my mother’s garden in the garden at the back and it has caused an issue for serval years that it started to grow inside my mothers shed and uplift the decking and push the fence down and put the shed out of alignment and causing leaks . So I have stripped the shed removed the decking and filled 14 bags of tree debris. The cause of the fence falling is due to marble slabs leaning up against it and the roots of the tree growing through it . When the fence was done before I done it asking for no contribution as I was than in a position to do it and even then I found asbestos leaning up against the fence and them refusing to deal with it as they had no money and called you guys to call specialists in. Roll on years later still claiming no money and refusing to do anything about the situation. Enough is enough. She s quick to be on the phone complaining about other things and takes no responsibility for her own problems.
