wish to draw your attention to a concerning issue I have observed on the south side of Sydney Road N8 close to Ducketts common. There is a growing expanse of ice covering the pedestrian pathway (image attached), which could potentially endanger those walking in the vicinity. As the ice continues to spread, I am apprehensive about the possibility of accidents or injuries if this hazard is not addressed in a timely manner.

Drivers are ignoring the modal filter here, I have had a lot of near misses on my bike, especially in the morning as drivers rush through. There is a CCTV camera but I don't think it can be working. I think a bollard is needed here to stop this since drivers don't seem to care. I have reported this before recently but it has only gotten worse, with drivers cutting through between the High Rd and Amhurst Rd. -84 Hillside Road, Tottenham, London, N15 6NB
