There is a lady constantly leaving her dog litter outside of the neighbour # reedham closes house. Everyday or every 2 days. There is a school nearby and it is dangerous for the children going past. We have cctv of the person. And have verbally both told the owner numerous times. We are constantly clearing the dog stool.
