23/02/2026 The barrier fence around a manhole cover has fallen down on to the pavement. there is only a narrow path on the pavement that pedestrians can walk on to get by. This is right outside the gate of 5 Muswell Hill. It is causing an obstruction for people coming in to no.5. It is also causing an obstruction for people pushing prams & push chairs as the pavement is now obstructed & too narrow for prams or pushchairs to pass. It has been left like this for at least a week.

23/02/2026 A tree has been growing behind the southern fence of the property situated at the address of No. 68 Farrant Avenue. The tree is now quite overgrown and blocks both the view and the light especially during summer months when the tree grows faster and bigger. Management of the tree's growth has been attempted previously, however this is only temporary as the roots cannot be accessed from No. 68. Some assistance is required to reduce the trees size from this property's side before the warmer months approach in order to slow its growth and to once again allow light to come through on that part of the garden.
