Dear Haringey Council, Dog mess keeps appearing on the paved area and in the bushes directly in front of 11D Muswell Road. It started after my neighbour at 11B Muswell Road, who owns two dogs, moved in. I have spoken to him, but he denies responsibility, and the mess is never cleaned up.
