This is a terrible repair job. They didn't fill the gap properly so not only is there a small pot hole, but the tarmac doesn't fill the gap properly and is a trip hazard. This spot will always have problems because of the roots of the tree. Please fix properly. -9 Seymour Avenue, Tottenham, London, N17 9RE

The blocked gully/drain located at the rear of the property (near the corner of the back entrance) overflows heavily during heavy rain. Due to the slope and blocked drainage, water flows directly into the back kitchen of the commercial premises, causing an active indoor flood hazard.
