Haringey Council - Noel Park Ward

Rubbish has been accumulating in the alleyway outside my property for several weeks. Local businesses leave rubbish in the bins without ensuring it is properly removed, and the situation is getting worse every day. Rats are now appearing around the rubbish, creating a serious public health and hygiene concern. Please investigate this issue urgently, arrange for the rubbish to be cleared, and take action to prevent this from happening again.-Chef's Delight Kitchen, 13B, High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 6BH
