FOUR MONTHS AGO during the January 2nd storm a tree was blown down and damaged a parked car. The next day the tree was cut down and the stump surrounded by protective barriers which blew down and have been blocking the pavement ever since. We call it Council Fly Tipping. Description

FOUR MONTHS AGO during the January 2nd storm a tree was blown down and damaged a parked car. There's a big tree that is growing a lot, a weeping willow. It moves a lot with the wind, as well as it's entering in our backyard. Also is making our allergies way worse because of the quantity of the leaves that falls into our house. If someone can please go and have it trimmed, we'd really appreciate it.
