Description

The traffic gate stopping traffic outside the Greek Cathedral (it's a school street and LTN) has been padlocked which means it is permanently open, which allows traffic down. Many speeding cars have already been spotted today plus motorbikes taking advantage. Please fix before a school child is injured. The church in front of the gate regularly open this when it suits them and leave it wide open, it is constantly being abused
