10/11/2025 The street light with reference EM2R still isn't working, though it has been reported by several of the occupants on Elm Road over the last few weeks, including myself the other week. Please can someone escalate this and fix this issue ASAP as we have had a stranger on the road who stood outside the door at number 1 Elm Road tonight in the dark without saying anything or responding when she called outto them, she she is now very scared and anxious and had involved the police. Please act ASAP.
