There is a significant water leak on the pavement directly in front of my flat. I live in a basement flat, so this is particularly concerning as I’m worried that the water could seep into the property and potentially cause flooding. The leak appears to be ongoing, and given the location immediately outside the basement, I would appreciate it if this could be inspected and dealt with as soon as possible.
