I am raising an urgent complaint about the large tree in the garden of the council‑owned property 62. I have contacted the council many times over the years, & only pruning has been carried out.
The tree’s roots have now caused serious subsidence to my property, damaging both my garden and the inside of my home. My 81 yr wheelchair‑bound father lives at the residence, and the worsening structural movement poses a direct safety risk.
The tree is now hazardous & a risk of falling onto our home.
