All the street lighting in Nightingale Gardens has been out for weeks, this is particularly dangerous on the steps on the cut through to Park Avenue, I nearly slipped and broke my neck. these lights are IP451R to IP459R. The lighting along the path through nightingale gardens is also out, this is a popular spot for female joggers and they are particularly vulnerable as the gardens are now extremely dark Lights affected are NG451A to NG456A. There are waste bins constantly left on the road to prevent other drivers from parking, the houses that are constantly doing it are 13 and 17 but others are joining them. The block at all times of the day and night. This has become a problem for the church too as when there are events going on the people that come to the church can’t park, especially on Sundays.
