Hi as I courier.delivering parcel to the area n87qb new river estate everyday i am getting problems with UKPC parking control.with parking tickets.i need to report that ,because all new river avenue estate .there no loading bay for delivery driver .i have to park anywhere in that estate.is that council authority to deal with that problem?
