PLEASE NOTE the the pin is the actual physical location. I am reporting a vehicle that has been stationary at the above location for approximately two years. This vehicle is obstructing my exclusive use parking space as defined in my leasehold agreement.<br/><br/>The vehicle has been stationary for an extended period. It is untaxed and has no valid MOT. I request that you check the DVLA database. If it is untaxed, please exercise your powers under the Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN) regulations to remove it.<br/><br/>The vehicle is causing a significant obstruction to emergency access, the ambulance was called and the issued a car and there was no parking space for this purpose and there was difficulty walking to the ambulance thereafter. This constitutes a public nuisance under common law.<br/><br/>I have previously complained to the managing agent, Trinity Estates, and the Property Ombudsman (TPO). The Ombudsman awarded compensation for poor service but explicitly stated they cannot order the removal of the vehicle. They confirmed that the issue is a matter for local authority enforcement, not private management.<br/><br/>The vehicle is causing me ongoing distress, loss of use of my allocated space, and potential safety risks.<br/><br/>I kindly request that Haringey Council inspect the vehicle and to please exercise your powers under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 to remove it from the parking area.
