A significant amout of waste including a sofa have been left by the property and towards the street for serveral days. Open and overflowing bins allow litter to be dispersed in the public way. 10/11/2025 The street light with reference EM2R still isn't working, though it has been reported by several of the occupants on Elm Road over the last few weeks, including myself the other week. Please can someone escalate this and fix this issue ASAP as we have had a stranger on the road who stood outside the door at number 1 Elm Road tonight in the dark without saying anything or responding when she called outto them, she she is now very scared and anxious and had involved the police. Please act ASAP.
