I would like to report an abandoned vehicle in our estate parking area. The vehicle has been parked here for roughly a year and appears to be abandoned. The owner does not live in the area, and the vehicle currently has no valid road tax or MOT. Please arrange for this vehicle to be inspected and removed as soon as possible. To whom it may concern, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the ongoing issue of improper waste disposal by my neighbor Charlotte Williams, flat 211 and neighbor Ibrahim A. This behavior is unsightly, creates unpleasant odors, and poses a health and pest risk to other residents. Please note - mice have been detected in the bin room. Picture of bitten bag for proof attached. Despite placing reminders on correct waste disposal, the problem continues. It appears to be a persistent breach of local waste management regulations and community standards. I kindly request that the council investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with waste disposal rules. I am happy to provide photographs or further details if required. The pavement in front of the restaurant is not only narrow, but constantly obstructed by large signs by the restaurant owners, even when the restaurant is closed. Right now the pavement is obstructed by a wobbly sign, poorly lit, that poses a serious threat to disabled or elderly pedestrians, who may trip upon it and fall onto the busy road. Then another sign occupies opposite edge of the pavement just a few yards further, forcing pedestrians to zig-zgag.-18 Clissold Close, Hornsey, London, N2 9HD
