I’m hoping you can advise me about a very large fig tree growing in the garden of a neighbouring property at 9 Burgoyne Road, Harringay.<br/><br/>The tree has become extremely large and now extends substantially over the boundary into my garden. It is dropping large quantities of figs into my garden on a daily basis, which are rotting and creating a considerable amount of mess and attracting flies.<br/><br/>I have tried knocking on the door of the property to speak to the occupier, but have had no response, and I am not currently able to establish whether the property is occupied or who is responsible for maintaining the garden.<br/><br/>Could you please advise whether the council is able to help in these circumstances, either by contacting the owner or occupier, or by directing me to the appropriate department?<br/><br/>I would be happy to provide photographs showing the extent of the tree and the overhang.<br/>
