This vehicle has been left outside our property for months now. I don’t think it has moved since October, at least, and has visible signs of rust, cobwebs and plants growing around the wheels. People are continually fly tipping here, next to the front door of my flat, and now cause of the heat it stinks. I caught someone doing it around 7pm on Tuesday 23rd June, but there was already a massive pile of rubbish there so couldn’t say much to him.
