There was no way to report this on your website, so I trust this will be sent to the correct place.<br/><br/>Pretty sure your car park at Tottenham Green Leasire Centre is illegal. It breaks all CPE, DPE, and Road Traffic Regulation Act (1984) guidelines for car parks. (See attached photo of as much of the car park and venue I could fit in one photo. Photos and full video of my entire route into the venue showing entrance signs, gates, roadsides, parking spaces, and walkways (including close-ups of all potential, yet sign-free surfaces) available but I wasn’t able to attach to this form)<br/><br/>I received a parking ticket because I paid for my parking after couple hours into my visit (I was playing the local team in a sport at the centre and travelled from Bristol, so no way for me to have prior knowledge). The only reason I found out you had to pay was because I overheard a spectator saying theirs had run out halfway through the match. I immediately left the game to go pay. I had to go back in and ask the receptionist if it was paid parking and they had to tell me where the sign was because I couldn’t find it even when I was looking for it. <br/><br/>I then had to ring my husband to download a parking app and pay because I didn’t have enough data. Even if the signage was present, I still couldn’t pay and wouldn’t have been able to pay without external assistance. It’s not only not clear that you must pay, but it’s totally inaccessible, so also breaks the various UK accessibility and equality acts, as well as the disabilities act (as someone with a learning disability and neurodivergence, this directly impacts me). <br/><br/>This can’t be legal. So I’m reporting it. I’ve also disputed my ticket (PCN Reference: ZN16834571; Submission Reference: 19030596) and hope you look into not only this, but strongly suggest you look into other tickets given at this venue as I’m pretty sure they’ve been issued unfairly and possibly illegally.
