The kerb and pavement along houses numbered 28 to 34 are always wet with slight water pooling. This has been like this over at least 3 years and even through the drought. Thames Water have investigated and confirmed it is not their leak and suggested it being ground water. 03/11/2026 Speed humps were installed in Perth Road earlier this year (January?). Since the installation, serious cracks have appeared in the walls of our house (No 33 Perth Road). Our nextdoor neighbours at No 35 have the same problem.

03/11/2026 Most mornings I see a White Nissan Juke car with registration AU13ODM driving though the LTN restriction (X3A) on Downhills Park Road N17 and the front and rear number plates are covered over with a blank plate. Today 03 Nov 2026 I saw the driver again at approximately 7:08am, a black man in in his 50's wearing a cap. He pulled over just after he past the restriction at X3A on Downhills Park Road N17 and removed the front and rear blank plates to reveal the car registration AU13ODM
