Drivers are ignoring the modal filter here, I have had a lot of near misses on my bike, especially in the morning as drivers rush through. There is a CCTV camera but I don't think it can be working. I think a bollard is needed here to stop this since drivers don't seem to care. I have reported this before recently but it has only gotten worse, with drivers cutting through between the High Rd and Amhurst Rd. -84 Hillside Road, Tottenham, London, N15 6NB

It's a very clean car inside but alas the exterior is now getting poor, the brake discs are solid with rust because it's not moved.
