Following the storm on 22 June 2026, our cellar flooded. We discovered water in the cellar on the following day, 23 June 2026. We bought the property in January 2024 but understand from our neighbours at number 19 that this happened previously in 2022 owing to blocked drains in the road. this is on the opposite side of the road to the house at 100 denton rd not on the same side of the road as the house at 100 denton rd. this is on side of road where metal railings are and block of flats are. dumped on the pavement of denton rd is, a dog bed made of fabric and a plastic box. seen today. if u stand at junction of weston park and denton rd and look into denton rd u see this -100 Denton Road, Hornsey, London, N8 9NT

this is on the opposite side of the road to the house at 117 mayfield rd, n8. not on the same side of the road as this house. this is on the side of the road where the flats called abyssinia at 62 mayfield rd are located. dumped on the pavement of mayfield rd is a plastic cat carrier box and a plastic kitchen bin. if u r at junction of weston park and mayfield rd if u loook into mayfield rd u see this flytip. seen today . -117 Mayfield Road, Hornsey, London, N8 9LN

The hedge and self-seeded trees at the junction of Bedford Road and Elizabeth Place are severely overgrown, obstructing visibility for drivers turning in both directions. This makes it extremely difficult to see approaching traffic and creates a serious accident risk. The danger is increased because there is a nearby playground where children regularly ride their bikes and play. Damaged bollards on central island again on Alexandra park road at the end of Grasmere Road. This should really be upgraded to a zebra crossing as it’s used by school children and residents all the time and is an accident waiting to happen.
