The pavement tarmac around a street tree has been pushed up by roots and has become very uneven with deep cracks. I have noticed that it has become a danger to elderly infirm people who walk across it. To make it safe it needs to be levelled.-29 Fortis Green Avenue, Hornsey, London, N2 9LY
