10/03/2026 Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request assistance regarding a large tree located in the neighbouring property next to my home. Unfortunately, I do not know how to contact the owner of that property. The tree has grown very large and its branches extend over and cover most of my patio, significantly blocking the sunlight. As a result, it is difficult to use and enjoy the outdoor space, especially during the summer months. I would be very grateful if the relevant department could advise me on how to contact the property owner or help facilitate the trimming of the branches so that the situation can be resolved. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

10/03/2026 There are three bollards (two concrete, one metal) on the street in front of my house 138 Station Road. We are looking to build a wall for our front garden to demarcate our property boundary and match the rest of the street. In advance, we would like to request for the bollards to be removed please.
