A tree outside 36 stanhope Gardens is leaning almost 45 degree angle. There appears to be a serious case of subsidence as can be seen by the sunken pavement. A friend of mine, a tree surgeon, stated that he believes the tree is in danger of collapse.

The suspicion is that there is a serious issue with subsidence as the house directly opposite, paving has similarly sunk and there is underpinning work currently being undertaken.

There is tons of rubbish in the play area outside our houses, including lots of broken glass, dumped electronic items, glass bottles, plastic food bags and more. It’s a total hazard and the council must do better maintenance and litter collecting in this area, as they used to. Both children and
pets in the neighbourhood have been harmed by the ongoing state of this area.

The tree is in someone's garden, but is massively overgrown. It is breaking down the fence and making a huge mess on everybody's car that is parked in the carpark on the otherwise. The pavement slabs have been relaid with a large gap against the wall. This has led to weeds growing through undermining the integrity of the wall. I reported this issue originally 1 year ago and was told it was "under observation" and there was no need to report it again.
