11/12/2025 Hello, I'm writing to report an issue with the street lights on Mill Mead Road, which is at the rear of my building. The light from these street lamps shines directly into my property at Flat 3, Kingfisher Heights. It's causing significant light pollution in both my living room and, more importantly, my children's bedroom. The excessive light in the bedroom is particularly disruptive and is affecting their sleep. *A cover was recently installed after my last email but on the wrong lamp.

Hi,
I manage the property on behalf of the landlord at 12 Mount View Road, N4 4SL. Tenants and our contractor working onsite have reported that neighbouring properties are using the bins located on No. 12’s land and are also dumping rubbish around the bin area. This is creating a mess and attracting vermin.
We need to create a more private and secure bin area that can only be accessed by the tenants at No. 12. We are considering erecting fencing and altering the access to the bin store, but we are unsure who to contact within the Council to obtain the correct advice and ensure we follow all required guidelines regarding bin sizes quantity of bins and location.
Separately, we also have an ongoing issue with dog walkers allowing or encouraging their dogs to foul in the front garden, creating an environmental hazard for the tenants. We would like to erect fencing or gates to deter this but want to confirm any permissions required.
Could you please advise which department we should speak with regarding:
Securing and modifying the communal bin store area; and
Erecting fencing/gates to prevent public access and dog fouling?
