Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report an incident of fly-tipping that occurred in the early hours of 13 April 2026 at approximately 03:05am.

A white Mercedes sprinter van approached the bins outside Elizabeth Blackwell House. Three individuals exited the vehicle; they appeared to be dressed like construction workers. They proceeded to deposit approximately 4–5 large black bin bags into the recycling bins before leaving the area shortly afterwards.

This activity was unauthorised and appears to be a clear case of fly-tipping. I believe it may be helpful to review any available CCTV footage from the area at that time to identify the individuals and vehicle involved.-Elizabeth Blackwell House, Progress Way, Wood Green, London, N22 5PB
