Tree pits along the whole of the recently paved streets have been left with loose, sandy soil above the level of the new pavement. This is now being scattered, mostly by dogs. I water one of the recently planted street trees, water runs off immediately. There should be edging to support watering and tree health. Please can this be rectified.
